This is some A grade special nonsense. Maybe ask the French team if they felt, on a playing level, that Deschamps was a step above the likes of Zidane, Henry and co. Or, perhaps maybe he had other qualities that made him stand out as a captainHas to be someone when he speaks, everybody listens. Only best players in the team can command that kind of respect.
Anyone who has played football even at the lowest level knows this.
Hahah fuck offlongevity at the club is not enough, son isn't a leader
likely the captain will be dier and PEH vice or viceversa IMO
Captain by name, but real captains were always Salah, Mane and VVD. They just tolerated him because they were successful as soon things got bad like last season, no one could stand the sight of him. That's why got rid of him.
Top players never respect teammates of inferior quality as captains.

Henderson is a better captain than Kane. Logically he should have been England’s captain but Harry is the poster boy and that’s not intended as an insult.

Do you know what Eric Cantona said to Deschamp's face when he dared to criticize him for losing possession? This is some A grade special nonsense. ABC Sevilla is proper Tier 1 when it comes to Sevilla and Betis, they have hacks embedded in both teams![]()
Tottenham expected to be 'more flexible' over August exit - Dangerous game of patience ongoing

On Wednesday, Estadio Deportivo reported Real Betis ‘have called’ Tottenham Hotspur’s Giovani Lo Celso regarding a potential return to the club. The La Liga side have also called Spurs.
That’s according to today’s ABC Sevilla, who state they contacted the north London club ‘weeks ago’ about their desire to sign the 27-year-old on a loan deal.
Lo Celso spent one season at Betis before moving to Tottenham [initially on loan in 2019] for a deal worth around €48m. The report says this was the record sale for the Spanish club and that also impacts his potential return because Spurs don’t want to give him away.
It’s said the Premier League side want €25m and are ready to let him leave permanently or on loan with an obligation to buy. This figure, for now, is ‘unattainable’ and makes the operation ‘unfeasible’ for Manuel Pellegrini’s side.
The Argentina international is currently part of Tottenham’s pre-season squad in Australia, but it’s believed he hasn’t convinced Ange Postecoglou.
The newspaper states the manager has decided to make him available in the market and a few clubs, including Napoli, have asked Spurs about him.
Should Lo Celso fail to find a new club before mid-August, ABC Sevilla say Real Betis will then have an option to sign him on loan with or without a purchase option.
That’s because they believe Tottenham will have to be ‘more flexible, although it won’t be easy’. Whether that will be the case remains to be seen, and it’s a dangerous game of patience for Betis.
You never played football, you wouldn't understand the dynamics. This is the biggest amount of bullshit you've ever said on this forum
Veiga the most exciting on that list, but he's an 8.
I feel like if Hojbjerg leaves, it's a 6 we would end up needing.
Language barrier could be the only issue, this is why I'd have Bissouma ahead of him.Bentancur feels the natural fit at captain in my opinion - also looks like he could give most in that squad a slap if they stepped out of line
Pretty high bar there Dan...This is the biggest amount of bullshit you've ever said on this forum
The beta captained his country to the World Cup and Euros. Even the fact you use that terminology shows that you’re a child intellectually.Do you know what Eric Cantona said to Deschamp's face when he dared to criticize him for losing possession?
Eric Cantona replied to him '' you're just a fucking water carrier and that's what you will always be, your job is to give me the ball and I will do whatever the fuck I want with it''.
I'll say it again, everyone that has played football knows this, best players never respect an inferior player as their captain.
This is like forcing alphas to accept beta as their leader, it's simply against the laws of the nature.
