But that is only one aspect of running the club properly.
Running a club properly also includes identifying area's of the team that need strengthening, identifying the correct manager, establishing a coherent philosophy through out the club from top to bottom, youth development.
When it comes to transfers, getting them in ASAP and not leaving key area's unfilled after teh season starts.
Running a club properly, just doesn't mean financially, it means a strong holistic aproach to all area's of the club.
Again..... Re-read and leave the goalposts alone.

We had to give a player away last season because didn't know the rules properly on how many players we can loan out.
The club is an utter mess and is the only reason why Kane is leaving, he knows it.
And people wanting Levy to spend more money? On what? Levy best buys?
Like I said, running the club properly would yield better result than throwing money at it.
We need to give up hope of ever being on the level of the title contenders again.
