Gabbinini - Head Scout (Not sure he's got the background to negotiate deals)

So, if it's just a jet-lagged, Kane-focused Levy handling all of the negotiations with every club over 10+ outgoings, potential signings, hotel builds, women's training ground plans, etc., then no surprise nothing is happening.

Would people prefer Dier at LCB or Lenglet?

Lenglet. He's much better on the ball and also better defensively.
Which you know ... not good for Eric, because Lenglet is pretty weak defensively. I think Lenglet is better in a 4 than Davies too ... I don't mind Ben (he's alright as a LCB in a 5 and OK as a defensive minded LB) but he's got his limitations.
Lenglet isn't totally awful at footie or anything. He can ping a ball and does make tackles. He's just plodding and incredibly underwhelming as a potential signing, as well as being on a good wage.
That’s a much bigger gap than reported earlier and, I daresay, the meat of those add-ons will be related to UCL and individual performances rather than a Bundesliga-gimme.
Both Dier and Davies are too slow, always have been and are only going to regress. Lenglet, sheesh, not good enough to be starting, perhaps if cheap as an option from the bench, if we move on Tanganga and Sanchez, but we still need better centre half's to start alongside Romero and preferably two of them.
