Royal and Romero I'd accept an offer or be content if they stayed. Neither are brilliant or bad.
Our defensive form suffered it biggest drop as soon as Porro was introduced, and he was directly responsible for many of the goals we conceded. Mason came in and was quick to move him to midfield.
Sure, it's not easy being dropped into a un-motivated side, but boy he stank the place out!
Be interesting to see how he is used next season. He has some real good qualities as a winger, just not convinced he can defend.

It’s pretty simple really - Lenglet is so overpaid that Barca paid half of his salary to play for us. So we paid Lenglet 5M in wages (with Barca paying him another 5M).
After a year with us, Lenglet remains surplus to requirements at Barca.
So if you’re Barca and we offer a 5M transfer fee and are willing take on all of 30M in Lenglet’s wages until 2026 - why wouldn’t you take it?

At this stage I just want players gone, clear the decks and take time to play new players properly. We only have about 20 games until the window opens, ideally Tapsoba comes in but if we can’t get get him let’s go with Davies and Romero and Dier in back up. It’s a distasteful position, both in terms of players and football mgt but no point panicking and wasting 150M like previous seasons for 20 games
If we go into this season without Kane and have Romero and Davies at CB we are in serious trouble imo.
We can't outscore every team mate, I am not one to be hyperbolic or panic but honestly I am genuinely concerned for us the way things currently stand.
Getting a new CB should not be dependent on selling Kane and it is imperative we get at least one top quality CB and it should have been done weeks ago.
