Is there a condenced version of that volume available anywhere on the internet?
I‘ve been far more concerned about the “outs” for this window as I think the deadwood is going to be an anchor around our throats until we clear it up. That said I think Ange needs to have the time to make decisions on who’s part of that list.

Once he has it though it will take some amount of ruthlessness from us to move players on.
^THIS…the situation is we have far too many senior players. We all want to sign new players, but I think that the sheer numbers already on the books makes it nigh on impossible. We have to trim the squad and the associated wages before we can add. It’s not about the fee for the incoming at all. We took 31 odd players on tour FFS and some were left behind. That’s just far too many

Regarding Perisic

''According to Gianluca di Marzio, the experienced Croatia international is willing to terminate the final 12 months of his £165,000-a-week contract in order to secure a dream return to his old employers, Hajduk Split.''
Would like to keep him. Feck his wages.

“We are monitoring the situation. He is one of the best footballers in Europe in my opinion and of course he has offers from other clubs and so on,” Nikolicius adds.

“He would like to play for Hajduk, that’s clear. But he has a very good contract with Tottenham. Tottenham has not written him off for now. As far as I know, for now, they are seriously counting on him.

“The transfer window in Croatia is open until September 8, and we’ll see what happens. Especially now that the Premier League starts, and Ivan also sees his status there.”

1 is definitely not enough. And more pressing is the need to remove as many of the existing blundering idiots from the squad as possible.
IMO, our best CB I'd Romero and even he's a take it or leave it player. If he said he wanted out, I wouldn't cry.

fair - though I do think he will change peoples opinion when he has a competent defender next to him.

Bild have claimed that Harry Kane could even give up part of his salary to make up the difference between Bayern Munich’s and Tottenham’s valuation of him.

The report reveals that Bayern are now ready to offer €85m (£73m) plus €10m (£8.5m) in bonuses for Kane but the amount is not enough to satisfy Tottenham.

What the hell? Would Kane really do that when he could just wait another season and get a signing pay deal from Bayern.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou is keen on signing Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea this summer, according to Football Transfers (h/t Wales Online).

Spurs have been linked with a surprise move for the 30-year-old. The Australian gaffer has ‘personally’ asked for the Belgium international to be signed in the ongoing transfer window.

Sounds like absolute bollocks. He holds more cards than either club, I can't see him turning down £400k/week to stay to sign a cut deal with Bayern for a few pots. Won't he turn around and say "you just got Mané off the books you tight cunts, pay up or I'll go to Manure/Newcastle/insert English top 6 side here next season on a free and beat Shearer's record"?

He wouldn't.

Depends what Bayern are offering him. If, for example Bayern want to pay him £400k pw (and he's earning £200k pw at Spurs), Kane might volunteer to give up £200k pw for 2 years (= £20m) so allowing Bayern pay Spurs £20m extra

Still means Kane getting £200k for 2 years and then £400k maybe for 3 years (assuming a 5 year contract). Actually he's only giving up £200k pw (£10m) for the 2nd year versus staying at Spurs where he'd be paid £200k pw this coming season.

So yes, it could work, but depends on Bayern's offer to Kane.

Maybe this could help with CB search?

That is one less big buyer on the market for a LCB.

Can't see us doing business with City in a million years but at least we aren't having them pump prices up.

Only Liverpool left out there searching for a LCB but they are stuck into Lavia for 50m (ooo err matron) so not focused on LCB atm.

Could equally harm us because these kind of massive transfers usually trigger off a series of transfers, for instance RBL could go in for Lukeba, Lyon sign someone Wolfsburg/Leverkusen were targetting to replace VDV/Tapsoba and we are left waiting for them to source another target before we can pull the trigger. Hard to say what will happen.
