Maybe he was more apt when he played for Leicester, I rather think the poster you were replying to meant that his recent Manchester United career has flopped, hence the line 'can't kick or head a ball'.

I think the context was he cost 80 million and can't head or kick a ball. I will have to dig a bit to find out what happened to Maguire but look what happened to Dele .
