Well it does because there are a host of players who don't want to be there, we know definitely that Perisic and Lloris want out because they said so at the end of the season. Then there is Rodon, Ndombele, Reggie, (GLC who is back up to Maddison), Sanchez, Gil (currently injured) and PEH. That's nine players that don't really want to play for us going into the match with Brentford .
Out of that lot it's probably only GLC or Perisic that might play against Brentford, so I don't see the issue.

Good, don’t want any of them involved either

I agree with you that Bayern have behaved poorly, but the reality is that Bayern and Kane hold absolutely all the power with this deal, not Daniel Levy.
If it was a case that Kane had 2/3 years on his deal, I would be applauding Levy’s petty tactics, however that is not the reality.

The reality is, the reason Kane is so relaxed and not agitating for the move is because he knows it’s a win win for him. He either a) moves to Bayern this summer or b) if Levys tactics ultimately piss off Bayern to the point they pull out, Kane goes on a free next summer to any club he wants for a huge signing on fee.

Essentially no matter what happens, Spurs are not coming out the better. If Kane does stay for the coming season it’s just prolonging the inevitable, as as usual we haven’t signed anyone that will immediately make us better than last season to the point that we challenge seriously for a trophy. We’re in a rebuilding phase yet again.
It’s in Spurs’ best interest to accept this money from Bayern now, have this saga put to bed, and allow us to continue preparations for the new season. Our new manager has alluded to this.

Bayern don't hold much power in this deal because in 12 months Kane is essentially a free agent who can sign for whoever he wants so they are risking not getting him by acting stubborn. Of course if he signs for them then they will be laughing and we will look like mugs but at this stage no-one knows the future hence why they are going all out and willing to break their club record transfer on him despite being able to sign him for a pre contract in 6 months.

Actually our best interests are from both sides, if we keep him we get another year of Kane and we can legit challenge for top 4 and essentially kick the can down the road for another season, if we sell we get €100-120m to spend on upgrading the team...you can look at it both ways - it just depends on whether you're glass half empty of glass half full.

Everyone has a go at Levy for stringing deals along and leaving this to the last minute but in this case it's absolutely justified, this is probably the most important transfer we've had to deal with since Bale and our best player we've had in the PL era, whatever happens in this deal will immediately setup the future of the club from a good or bad perspective so I understand him trying to squeeze as much out of this as he can.

On replacing him, well we will lose out regardless and replacing Kane was never going to be easy but we have taken steps towards that signing the Argie kid and being linked to Orban and Teremi, no matter what happens we were never going to replace Kane like for like regardless, we already have our Kane replacement in Rich anyway and he will most probably be our starting striker come this season so it's not as if the managers plans are being disrupted in that sense.

For the record I think a deal will be done and all this is just merely posturing as an act to make it look like we won't be bullied, Bayern can fuck off with their deadline, if they really want him they can wait, it's the least they can do after acting like arseholes all Summer.

Where you get the idea that GLC doesn’t want to be here?

As you said GLC and or Perisic might play, even PEH might play or be on the bench. There is clearly an issue there.
Well you can blame the mananger if he plays them. We can put out a decent team without any of those players in it. And even if we had already sold any of the players that you mentioned, there's nothing to say they'd have been replaced by now.
