Not if you're talking about putting a player on loan that we've paid 60m for, that's more problems. How comes he goes but Lo Celso stays?

GLC does not need to become a new player, he just needs to continue playing the way he has been for the last two years.

Being unproven at this level means nothing, Haaland and Salah were both "unproven at this level" before breaking the goalscoring record.

But we aren't Villarreal, this is not la Liga. Being un proven does mean something because if they are crap we struggle to get rid of them as the past couple of years have shown.

But if you take Kane out it looks incredibly weaker, as yesterday showed, near impossible to replace. Another pacy winger wouldn't go astray either, Full back starters ok, but their reserves are a worry also.
Much better football , hopefully some of our weaknesses will be negated by our new style.

There's a balance between 'keeping it real' and 'being a miserable cunt determined to bring everyone down' and I'm not sure you've found it just yet.

Agree but we only have 20 games until Jan window. Would rather stay agile

He’s a tidy player and doesn’t do anything brilliant from open play. I don’t think he’d make us better in any way.

I’ve watched Southampton live a few times. He’s clearly their best player but that’s honestly not saying much. Maybe he has a higher ceiling with better team mates around him, but feels like a luxury buy when we have other areas that need strengthening.

We struggle to loan out existing deadwood already no one will pay 10m for a loan. Richy has the potential to a very important player for us.
