Really hoped we could shift him for like 5m, but it's better than nothing. They might actually buy him if they go up and he does well.

Didn't impress in France and was dropped for a lot of the season, barely played for us.

A purchase is a risk, loan best we can do for a player like him. Hopefully does well, he'll only have 12 months left on his deal when/if he returns

I reckon we'll see Rodon, Reguilon, Lloris, Tanganga, Spence and Sanchez gone by the end of next week.

Free's up plenty of space, especially at centre back. I imagine if Ndombele leaves, it'll be late in the window. Finding a loan for White, Scarlett and probably Devine should happen too.

That leaves us with a squad of 26 without including any more incomings. And in January, I imagine we will then look to move on Ryan Sessegnon and perhaps Bryan Gil depending on their reactions post-injury.

Interesting even Spence made an appearance despite being incredibly lackluster but ndombele not a second of playing time this preseason.
He must really really be half assed in training. Just no interest in the athlete side of the game or something else

Reguilon will depend on his injury. He looks to have injured his hamstring at the end of the game.

This season, the amount of players over 21 that a club can have out on loan is 7. We got caught out last season when we tried to loan Doherty but couldn’t because we had already reached the limit of 8. Had to pay off his contract. It might come to that for one or two this season.
when are the Saudis going to swoop for Ndombele.

Worth noting as well as u21s, club-trained players are exempt from this rule so we could loan out Tanganga, Austin and Lyons-Foster and still loan out 7 other over 21s if we wanted

Yeah, I’ve tried to defend him one last time.

I guess he’s closer to a move than reported.

With Gio fitting in and working his balls off, Tanguy can Tango out the door

I think it was a PR exercise playing Spence. Ironically I called for him to play to have a look at him.
We've seen him and I doubt if many would be sad if we never saw him again.
But if Ange thinks otherwise then that's great.

GLC has seriously shown Ndomdom up this summer............

4 clean slates (6 if you count loans).......... Not the slightest suggestion of a turnaround.

I hope you're right about being close to a move; but I'm not holding my breath.
