You don't think Tapsoba is a gamble. I have a friend that lives and breathes Bundesliga and he's very sure Tapsoba will be a flop if we get him. Good with the ball. Terrible defender. I haven't seen him so I haven't got a clue. But I trust my friend's football knowledge, so I dont want us to spunk money on him.

I think any signing is a gamble.

But a 24 year old who's experienced in a top five league is alot less of one than a 19 year old from the Portuguese league.

This link suggests he didn't, which is strange as the guy you're replying to is talking about his body language as he got off the bus... :/

'Physically behind': Ange Postecoglou pulls no punches about Tottenham duo after Barcelona loss
Notabadsquad just out of interest, why have you disagreed with the post above? I merely did a quick Google search to see if N'Dombele travelled, and posted the result here. What's to disagree with? :/

I not making anything up. We are stuck with the same deadwood year after year because we won’t except low fee and pay them off.
We payed off Aurier. Doherty we payed off last minute because of a fuck up about the amount of players we could loan out. Moura left at the end of his contract, Rose was in the youth team for 18 months because we wouldn’t pay him off
and we got Hart for free on a 2 year contract with lowish wages and let him go a year later.
So I believe you are the one making things up my friend
So:
"We won't pay players off"
...then next paragraph
"We paid off Aurier and Doherty"

😂

Not official yet.

I will be curious how it's handled by the social media team.

Certain folks here have rolled their eyes at me for criticizing club communications, but it's obvious to see with Ange the benefits of having someone speak for the club in a candid, respectful, straightforward way.

Nothings changed though mate.... We ain't getting announcements until the club is ready to make them.

Complaining that they don't hot-shot snippets of info to us (whilst the media play their little guessing games) before the business end (Trfs, legal matter, etc. etc.) is tied up is misguided. No matter how much one might feel in the dark in the interim just irresponsible practice.

2 players one of them because of a balls up and the other one had a year left on his contract.
What about the rest?
Rose stunk the dressing room out for 2 years and refused to leave until the end of his contract, why didn’t we pay him off?
So, sometimes we pay players off, sometimes we don't. Sometimes we want a fee for them to go elsewhere, sometimes we don't. Hence you don't know what Levy will or won't accept in relation to N'Dombele.

Busy and cunty enough for you?

Yeah, I actually think for 20m and low wages, he’s a good fit for our new set up.

As I’ve said, Bissouma could play some games as the 6, but some games, tough games, would be nice to have Bissouma as the 8 with a busy cunt doing the cleaning up and water carrying.

I don’t know ,you are right but you don’t know either.
If he was willing to pay Ndombele off surely he would have done it by now, he has been stinking the place out since he got here.
It’s also not the same situation as paying off Hart, Aurier or Doherty. None of them were on anything close to 200k a week and they didn’t have 2 years left on their contracts

I think Ferran Torres would do well in this system as well. He could interchange positions with Sonny and Kulusevski since his movement is great (his finishing not so much), and he's still only 24. For around 30M, we could do worse.

We need players that can chip in with a decent amount of goals from those positions; not "movement".

Probably on stupid wages too knowing FCB.

Raziak pt2

Mido at best.

Any attempt to bring a # 9 will just see them measure up badly to Kane.

Recruitment needs to be inspirational and Orban just ticks all those boxes without coming into Kane’s shadow looming over

So from all you people who are far more 'ITK' than myself........

Are we going to get a replacement for Kane before the end of the transfer window? Or do we think that what we've got now is what we're sticking with till Jan?

I keep seeing Orban mentioned, but is that realistic? Are Ghent going to sell him to us?
