Yeah I'm sure Mbappe would rather join a Spurs team without Europe than wait a single season to join a star studded Madrid team on one million pounds a week when that's been his dream move since he was about 12.

I hate ENIC more than anyone but fucking hell it's not their fault we aren't signing Mbappe. Even with oil tycoons we wouldn't be signing him.

Lets be serious here for a moment. I'm the most anti-Levy guy out here and even I can't slag him off for not trying to sign Mbappe.

I don't know what planet some of our fans live on.
It can't be both of you!

So who is it??

No I'm just not some happy clappy twat who has to hype up everything even remotely linked with Spurs even though I've never watched these players and almost nothing I say ever actually comes true .. I guess.

Who is moaning anyway? It's just a different opinion to you. He's not even signed for Spurs yet, there's not even a concrete link that we've bidded.
Saying a player who just started playing professional football and has been scoring bucketloads has potential is being "happy clappy" now, idk maybe you're suffering from clinical depression. I wonder what your opinion was back when we were linked to Kvaratskhelia when he was playing in Russia. Or to KMJ when he was playing in China.

All I know is you didn't know any of these players existed until Spurs were mentioned and then suddenly you rated them massively. He may or may not have potential, you sure don't have a clue based on some Belgian league goals.

"Clinical depression" - What is it with some of the pro Levy posters on here and your tendency to have a pop at either disabilities or mental health? Just worm like behaviour, it's so sad. Be arsed with it.

Ahaha now I'm pro Levy for thinking Orban could become good, you're in too deep mate, hope you dig yourself out of that hole.

No, you're pro Levy because of previous posting history.

What hole? Go make another mental health reference to score points because I have a different opinion to you on the likelihood of a player being a success. Then when you're wrong (again) you'll pick yourself up again to hype up the next player.

My opinion is pretty simple: It's unlikely he'd have an impact if signed this season & the step up is massive with far more failures in this category of signing than successes. Cope with it or not, I really don't care.

It seems as if you’ve discovered Schrödinger’s Spurs fan.
If we miss out on a ‘cheap punt’ from a lower league who comes good elsewhere then it’s a systemic failure of our scouting because scouting is supposed to be infallible and obviously the nasty, bald man hired idiots or stopped them doing their job.

If we take a cheap punt that doesn’t come good then…. See above.

However, we ignore other team’s cheap punts that fail or ours that come good because they don’t fit the narrative.

No, you just can't handle any sort of objectivity, anyone who doesn't share your dark view of everything is "pro Levy".

Wasn't the point that he might come here for one season only before going to Madrid? No Kane, Perisic or Hojberg would just about cover his room service for the season.

A minutely less ridiculous suggestion but that makes it more possible right?

Except you've made all that up because I'd be perfectly happy if we signed him, I just wouldn't be placing huge expectations at his door or talking about Osimhen or Haaland.

Stick to digs at the disabled or gay people or cheerleading for Bolsonaro, that's your lane.

The reason why I’m a little hesitant on the Orban move is imo he really does need time on loan. The things he must improve on are almost entirely “game time vs men” related, dealing with physical contact, playing hold-up, playing within a system and combining with teammates, holding off players, building confidence against packed defenses.

20 minutes every other week in the Prem is a great way to stagnate development imo. I think he does have a lot in his toolbox but he, much moreso than other young guys, NEEDS regular match play because he’s so far behind in that respect.

Really? I'm mean I'm sure there's some as shit, but there can't be too many who are worse.

Are we even sure Vicario is good enough to be No1 ?

If he's not, or he's injured, I don't want fucking Forster out there for the season.

Isn't Forster injured? I saw some red mark come up on my FPL.

He's really bad. I sort of thought he'd be OK when he first signed but I was thinking of Forster from a few years prior who was poor in many departments but could still get down to shots. These days he's incredibly immobile. And rubbish on the ball.

It's not the end of the world .. other teams have had rubbish back-up keepers, but then yes the amount of pressure on Vicario as a young keeper is huge because there's nothing to fall back on there at all.
