He wasn’t found not guilty. The CPS weren’t able to continue the prosecution. The CPS only bring a case if they think they have enough evidence, and there’s a good chance of a conviction. The victim/key witness is back with Greenwood and they have had a child together, so the CPS obviously feel that her evidence probably now won’t represent what actually happened.
