A bid of 40 - 50 millon on Eze would be well worth it.
He would add something.

Difficult player to value, on the one hand he doesn’t have outstanding goal involvements, on the other he has been playing for Palace and creating chances for Benteke and Ayew.A bid of 40 - 50 millon on Eze would be well worth it.

For our next home game they should make him stand on the centre spot at HT so we can shout abuse and tell him to fuck off for 15minutes.

The big thing is - I just don’t see us making a move for him this window and think we have narrowed down our attacking player range to Orban or Johnson now - it will be one of them 2 or no one.
More worrying is that the only CB we seem interested in currently is Tosin and he doesn’t seem to want to join us

Mentioned it many times esp when being linked with Kesse, Orban and Nuamah.
Not 100% AFCON would be a problem for Orban this year. They have Osihmen, Awoniyi, Iheanacho and Lookman that get in the squad ahead of him (for now).Mentioned it many times esp when being linked with Kesse, Orban and Nuamah.
It's amazing because one conversation with him should have told you everything. A right misery guts. It’s quite incredible how wrong we got it with him from an attitude perspective, especially considering how much value Pochettino put on the kind of person you are.
Say what you want about the quality of some of the signings made under him, but bar Ndombele they all seemed like level headed, really decent blokes.
And it’s not even like it’s a case that Ndombele is just a lazy shit on the field but a joker/good guy off it. Since he’s arrived, in my opinion anyway, he’s come across as an absolute dickhead. Moody, never made a single attempt to engage with fans, doesn’t appear to have any friends whatsoever in the squad. Just an absolute knob.
Don't understand the hate towards Johnson tbh. Unlike Eze he actually fits the system. If we learnt anything from the United game, it would be that Maddison needs someone like Sarr to cover for him, and Eze would not be a good option alongside Maddison (maybe last 20 mins of games if in control and chasing a goal). Johnson would be able to play the RW as Ange would like it played and he would add some pace we don't currently have
30m lol? For a premier leagues clubs key player in 2023?
Bidding will start at 50m.
You can only suspend them if they break some sort of rule and then you can keep them away for the period they are suspended. If you are just trying to piss them off they need to be allowed to train in a group of a certain number. That could be with other bombed out first teamers, reserves or even youths from 16 years up but you can’t make them train on their own.
Of course that’s allowed but that’s an individual thing but they’ll still train with the group as normal or when they are fit again. If you don’t let players who you are trying to get out or piss off train in a group they can take you to the PFA. It’s a rule that was brought in a few years back. It’s to stop clubs trying to force players out when they’ve agreed on a length of contract. The club needs to honour it unless there is disciplinary issue. I’d imagine it’s also a mental health thing and that you can’t isolate individuals.I didn't suggest we did.
What about players with unique training/rehab requirements? What about GKs?
no he's average at best.If that Jota is really getting released on a free by the Saudis, surely got to be worth a look.
What a weird situation that is.
If you have enough bad eggs then yesSo you put all the bad eggs in one basket (or the furthest away corner of the training ground).
Crazy there's been 0 movement post Kane sale.
I wonder when it's acceptable to be concerned according to the forum police?
1 week before deadline day?
Might be a surprise striker signing.
