Technically they donate a fee for the upkeep of the website

They also in a lot of cases hero worship the bullshit merchant

If you ever criticise an ITK then you better be wearing rubber pants
It's a fucking scam. I've been a member of all sorts of forums for 20 odd years and never seen anything like it.
Every other forum is perfectly capable of working without any members paying up. Those that do ask for money offer something in return, merch or exclusive rights to sell etc.

SC is without doubt fraudulently taking people money for profit.

57% of our league goals were scored by players other than Kane last season.
To put that in context, I believe City were 35% Haaland 65% others

I think Arse were more the exception to the rule than anything last season where they spread the goals very evenly. And that is probably a symptom of not having a reliable scorer in their squad than by design.
Brighton scored a shitload with Welbeck as their main striker.

Explain "opportunism".....?

50m on a player they don't really fancy?

Mate; think about what you're actually saying and what chairman(*) you're actually saying it about?

(*I don't even buy into half the crap spouted about him, but he's a damn sight more reserved with our money than that!)

Man for man; Kane v virtually anyone = weaker.

Opportunistic based on us hearing that Nottingham forest will take 1 or 2 of our cast offs from us (possibly fake news I don't know).

And in terms of the only, its alot of money for a young prospect. Buy the alternative would be to pay more for a better player with a higher ceiling or a player with a more impressive reputation in terms of experience (I.e. proven with higher chance of being an excellent first teamer immediately)

Assuming part of the reason why Forest will consider selling Brennan Johnson is the chav agenda of "let's sell our Academy players to get 100% profit in our accounts for FFP purposes", how is this affected by our allegedly offering players like Davinson as part of the deal?

If, purely hypothetically, our offer is £23m cash and Davinson valued at £12m, would Forest be able to claim £35 million profit on their books?

They'd put it through the books as 2 separate deals... As would we...... And it actually makes sense to do so....

Purchases are amortised.
Sales hit in full straight away.

It's not "fraud"...... It's just feeding on the stupid.

Was only thinking to myself it will be someone like gill who will leave for like 15 million nothing really been said about him . It's the same old deadwood that will still be here and probably loans if that. Shanchez will definitely part of a deal with forest or Fulham I would have thought

Harvey Barnes is a much better player than Johnson

Much? How so ?

Always thought Barnes was pretty meh but would surprisingly turn up on the score sheet. Obviously not a bad thing.

Barnes is also older with more PL experience and just hit double digit goals for the first time in his career.

Barnes may be better now. Will be interesting to see what Johnson’s career looks like at 25. You pay a premium on HG potential these days

Arse don't want a reliable goal-scorer......... :dawsonlol:

Despite being linked with Vlahovic for 2 years.

This coming from Mr "My posts are beyond reproach". :tanguythumb:

Or you can look at it like they have multiple reliable scorers. Again I hate to say it but due to their system, they can lose Jesus for Nketia and still be a constant threat. They were also an exception last season as they were the only team to remotely push City and all but guaranteed themselves a CL spot by playing the way they did.

Brighton also had goals coming from everywhere.

In fact, look at City the year before Haaland and they had so many goal scorers - KDB was their highest with 15.

The year before - Gundoan was the top scorer with 13.

Last year

We relied heavily on one player - Kane
Lpool relied heavily on one player - Salah
United related heavily on one player - Rashford

Id rather be playing and have a system that works like (vomit in my mouth) Woolwich or Brighton, than a system that relies on us having one stand out scorer as a) its not a sustainable way to play and 2) there arent that many Kane/Haalands out there.
