no 100%. they were class no doubt. but personally i like my CB to be a horrible cunt and leave the oppo leaving a bit battered and blue. it will melt some forwards and put them right off their game.

Wasn't there the very small risk that until he actually turned old enough to sign it he could have been prised away. So it will be really good when it actually gets signed.
Plus I bet with his pre season form he would have earned himself even better terms.

Not sure.

He signed his deal months ago (in agreement I assume) . So I am not entirely sure of the legality of other clubs prizing him away after that.
