I think Bissouma and Bentancur will play the deeper role. Skipp will go.

Gallagher and Sarr as a rotation for the B2B 8 is very very good tbh. I'd even play them together in a double pivot for some games as well.

Took me a long time to get my head around it but I do think we need Gallagher. As long as he's not the main signing and we do something serious about our attack.
Where do you reckon Bergvall fits in?

We seem to say it every year but SURELY this is the summer for Levy to put his bollocks on the table and get us ready to compete for the title:

- Talented squad with a few clear holes
- Manager with an attacking brand of football and plenty of support from fanbase
- Great financial position
- Rival clubs needing to sell
- Potential end of the City era
- Liverpool/ Chelsea/ United all in transition

If not now then when? Seriously.
Do we even know if Levy is as heavily involved now in transfers beyond setting the budget?

I’d imagine Lange was brought in to lead the recruitment.

Your welcome. Any time.

Like I said, I'm no expert, unlike yourself, perhaps.
I don't spend endless hours watching various matches from distant leagues around Europe.

My football passion is limited to and exclusively dissing Spurs.

When we're strongly linked with a player, I'll research his credentials, but that's about as far as my non Spurs interest goes.

Sorry if that disappoints you, my friend :angehug:
FYP 👍😁

Mats Wieffer or Amadou Onana are perfect options at number 6 for Tottenham. Combine one of them with Conor Gallagher and we have some class midfield options for the double pivot for next season.

Wieffer/Onana
Gallagher
Bentancur
Sarr

No major drops in quality

I don't claim to have expert views. I just go by the evidence of the past 47 ENIC transfer windows that yielded 1 league cup .

I'll rate each signing as we make it, and give my overall verdict at the end, if that's OK?....Fella?

Which usually turns out to be spot on 😆

One signing so far. Werner....

Uncle John's verdict : Cheap opportunistic punt that wouldn't have been entertained by any other Big 6 Club or any club that's serious about winning.
Ah okay so you won’t suggest any signings you’d like (why would you, that’d br putting your neck on the line in the event that we signed them and they turned out shit then you couldn’t slate levy because you wanted them) this way you can just shit on levy no matter who we sign! That’s handy.

Good strategy tbf
