Think we will get that defender Caliafori to replace romero. Euros is a good shop window as well.
He is along with a load of other players but unlikely most see the light of day for whatever reason. I just don’t why we don’t give any of these players a chance. We were happy to spend £15M on an unknown 19 yr old kid from Argentina who we then send out on loan. Surely just give some of our own players a chance first otherwise what is the point of the academy. Plus it must be disheartening for the academy kids. I’d rather just spend big money on signing proper quality and then sprinkle with some of our academy players.
If a number of clubs here and abroad are interested then why not keep him? His 19 don’t when he is 20 but the other clubs give their youth a chance. If we can give first time minutes to veliz an unknown from argebtina then why not to one of our own.
Emerson is miles better than Cash but I think Milan have a problem with non EU player limits. I think di marzio mentioned it the other week.
We need upgrade quality not more squad fillers.
