He's one of the best strikers in the world and a colossal upgrade on Havertz or Jesus .... ffs.

They won't get him I imagine. The wages will be huge in addition to a fee. But that is a signing which would be another level changer.

He's only scored >20 league goals once in his career and reverted back to 15 this past season.

I know he can do amazing things but also completely anonymous pretty often.

He's better than Jesus or Haverts i agree but might not be the sure shot guaranteed star everyone thinks he would be in the Prem. Strong Lukaku possibilities as well.

Pal, if they do want him, they'll pay the fee and give him the wages. I fucking loathe the cunts, but they're serious about winning and do what's required.

I don't see how he'd turn them down either. He'd get mad wages, play in the PL & CL, start for a big club fighting for titles, live in London...

Only way he turns them down is if he's going to Liverpool, Utd, Chelsea or even Barcodes instead. But he sure ain't coming here cause we aren't serious about winning. We talk the talk but can't walk no walk.

Ornstein reporting Newcastle want Olise. If it was just a straight fight between Man Utd and Chelsea. I'd let it slide. Even though we really shouldn't considering we're the most expensive club in the world to support.. But thats by the by. We don't compete with those clubs on transfers.

However, if little Newcastle are getting involved in this transfer. Then what the hell are we doing?

He's not even the perfect profile for what we assume Ange wants from his winger, but his quality definitely puts him in the top few wingers I'd want. Kvara, Olise, Nico Williams, Raphinha.

Zhegrova, Bruda on a lower tier with scope to make a leap.

Is he really even a winger?

He's wide 10 like Palmer IMO.
Kvara, Williams, Raphinha def wingers and I'd be over the moon with Kvara or Williams. Raphinha I have seen way too may frustrating and average performances from.

Newcastle would be wasting their time. Probably only in it to bump the price for others and distract them from their other targets.

Kvara going PSG. Olise to Chavs. Nico to Liverpool or Utd. Raphinha will go somewhere like Newcastle or Inter on loan...or Saudi.

That's it, that's our aisle.

Osimhen would be perfect for England. He's incredibly quick and direct and teams play high lines and attacking football here. He scored 26 league goals when Napoli were a competent side, 15 when they were a mess. The man is still only 25.

This is the kind of guy who gets those extra points which push you over the line. He scores 10 goals more or so than any of their current options, he forces teams to consider his speed on the counter and therefore impacts the way they play etc ... again, game-changer.

We do not want Woolwich signing Osimhen.

Kvara not going to PSG is the most recent report.

I will say this about the gooners getting Osimhen. There will be nowhere left for Levy to hide if they pull off another signing of that stature and still spend elsewhere like they did last season with Timber etc.

We have more stadium income, same ticket prices, we had higher revenue before the overtook us for CL. They are a few miles down the road. He has no excuse not to provide a budget to match them. Even the biggest Levy defenders would have a tough time arguing that one.

To be honest I couldn't give a fuck if we're shopping in the same markets as other "big clubs". If every signing was as good as Vicario and Micky then I think scouting the correct player FOR US far outweighs paying top dollar for a supposed sure thing. I think we have to trust the football side to find what Ange is asking for in terms of profile.
The two don’t have to be mutually exclusive though.

Contrary to popular belief and what Levy and Enic would have you believe, there’s absolutely no reason that we shouldn’t be able to bring in “clever” signings like Vicario and Van de Ven, whilst also being prepared to go that extra mile for a special signing or two that would potentially elevate us to genuine challengers.

Signings like Vicario and VdV are fine and will keep us relatively competitive, but our owners perpetual reluctance to go that extra yard is why we will never be truly successful.

Just said this to Jaynola Jaynola in the post above. If they did get Osimhen the season after Rice, whilst still picking up other pieces, there really is nowhere left for Levy to hide.

Yeah, not really a classic winger.. slightly more wing traits than Palmer, quicker a better dribbler. But yeah, similar. If he avoids recurrent injury I think he'll be well worth whatever is spent on him this summer. You defnitely underrate Raphinha haha, I think he's very good.. just not a player of the very highest level. He'd undoubtedly improve us. Prob not the best move considering his age.

Fuck all.

Mark my words. Werner, a couple of Championship level bargains and another fat payrise for the Bald Cunt. That'll be our business this summer.

Exactamundo.

Sir, I salute you.
