Need to change the bedding in the kennel.
I I think. Richy is gonna surprise people this season
Keep him fit (not particularly injury prone) and he’ll get 20 this season
Still want a Toney or whoever in too cause we need to be looking at winning the Europa
Agree. I like Davies and personality wise he's one of my favourite players in the squad, but he's simply not suited to the style of football we play under Ange. He's a terrible inverted LB and he's not quick enough to play CB in our high line, nor is he physical enough or good in the air.Fucking hope not.
All this shit about "great servant" this is not the military it is elite sport and Davies is not good enough for where we want to be. Thanks and good luck - an extension would be ludicrous.
Sure there are better strikers in the world, but Richarlison is actually an ideal type of striker for this system- he's a pressing machine, speedy w/aerial presence, who's meant to finish incisive moves, not necessarily create them.
In any order?
He hasn’t done that once in his career.I I think. Richy is gonna surprise people this season

Watch the pen again, it’s on bbc footie site. He watches the keeper the whole time but STILL puts it on the side the keeper goes! It wasn’t even in the corner. His looked ballsey but was actually the worst pen. His was the luckiest of ours.Because of his attitude towards it.
Self belief, confidence, conviction and execution.
Mental traits a good striker needs in some cases more than footballing ability.
People who think Bergvall is a #6 must have started watching football yesterday. And that includes his former DOF in Sweden or whoever it was that made that comment. Bonkers.
Sounds good. Sonny as the striker. I'd be happy with that set up.I'd be happy with just the two forwards tbh, biggest priority.
Neto + Doue completely changes our threat from both flanks. No reason we can't get it done. 100m needs to go on frontline.
6 + LCB cover would be nice but not as urgent as sorting the forward line.
If you get rid of a lot of players you have to bring in a lot of players.Really need to get a hurry on with these outgoings to have any chance at bringing in the level we need to catch the title chasers.
May as well release Solomon on a free.
Davies we probably should release on a free and allow him to choose his next club.
Reguillon slash the price down, PEH and GLC slash those prices right down as well.
I can't watch iPlayer from my location but with the keeper going the right way and still not getting it tells me that's a good penalty.Watch the pen again, it’s on bbc footie site. Sure, he’s got self-belief, but it’s not that well founded.

‘Arrogance and confidence’ – England’s perfect Euro penalties
For years England fans, players and pundits have feared the very mention of penalty shootouts - but thanks to new-found confidence and in-depth preparation, that is no longer the case.www.bbc.co.uk

We’ve still got plenty of bargain bin players to fob off on other clubs. Gil, Solomon, Lo Celso and Reguilon are still here.

I'd rather we spend £200m on 3 starting players than £200m on 8 players to bolster the squad.

Seem to remember it being low, quite hard and into the back corner of the net.
Thats not luck. It's how he takes them for Brentford with an exceptional record. The keeper often goes the right way for those too but they don't stop them.
Remember when we were all worried about Reguilon's buy back clause, and the possibility of Madrid snatching him back?
Yeah... fun times...
I don't hate the kid, he's got good energy and intentions, but I think everyone pissing their pants about the notion of him being recalled by Madrid should relax.
Hmmm. Maybe watch it again. It’s not a bad pen, but it was our worst. Sommer being a short-arse helped.I can't watch iPlayer from my location but with the keeper going the right way and still not getting it tells me that's a good penalty.
