IMHO that’s not a big deal if both he and the club have determined he has no future at Spurs.

It would have looked an extremely stupid decision if he’d travelled, played and then picked up a nasty injury that prevented his transfer.

Agree but the way that was explained was he refused to go. That's not the same as agreeing it with the club.

Anyway, if it sped up his move I'm glad he did it. I'm not on this "sad to see him go" train. He seemed a decent enough bloke but fuck me he was annoying to watch on a football pitch. The brainfarts as well, I won't miss the brainfarts.

Then those people are fucking stupid. We are not City or Chelsea trying to cook the books with dodgy inflated deals.

PEH did not play for most of last season and has 1 year left on his deal. He is a medium level player. The fee is exactly what we’d expect, I’d actually say it’s quite high for a French team to pay that much.

That's a fair post.
My 'future never arrives' reference kind of highlights the concern that should Udogie, Sarr, Micky etc flower into world class talent, our history with Levy would suggest they'll be sold, or want out, before they actually win anything with us.....
And so the cycle continues. And continues. And continues...........

- Lo Celso £70k wages

You’d at least hope 4 will be gone by start of season. Its over £300k per week of wages so decent chunk.
