Wouldn't have an issue with solanke of true, he's shown he can score alot of goals in this league when in the right attacking set up . He scores all types of goals and is a good focal point
But I do take issue as to why we left it so late
And I realize it's not a "sexy" enough name for our more challenged fanbase

I'd be pretty excited by it if we sign a 1v1 winger as well. If we only sign a striker we will have similar problems as we had last year.

No because he is a pressing demon. And whether it's the Portuguese league or not he got 43 goals in 50 games that's outrageous numbers. Falcao had similar before he moves to atletico. Some players just develop later. Would he improve us I think so and will certainly link up with son well I reckon. Solanke is slight upgrade on rich not a big one that changes us much

How many games did you watch of the Portuguese league last year?

Solanke scored more goals in the Championship than Gyokeres did in his last season. How do you know Solanke wouldn’t score and assist that many in Portugal?
