My contributions are classic examples of how boring the forum would be if everyone did what I do. I never engage with people who hold a differing view. I don’t see the point. It’s why I don’t post very often. I’m self aware enough to know that I’m a boring old fart.
He’s got all the traits and skills we’re looking for in a centre forward. The question is what’s going on between his ears. At Bournemouth he had time to grow, could shake off bad performances. If he moves here for £50m+ he’ll have to perform every week or the knives will be out. He’s always had the skills to be a superb striker ever since he was smashing up youth football and the international age groups. Only last season did he look like he’d put it all together to thrive in the PL. Can he step it up another level now?

I do also think at some point the world class label needs to be toned down around Son. He is a rung below that.
Mbappe, Vinicius, Haaland are world class. Son is not in that category.
