Just over 2 weeks to go and little info suggesting any further incomings. Ange said Look, we'll see, there's still time in the window and I think there'll still be some activity. That does not inspire much happening other than outgoings and as I suggested last minute loans if available.
Activity like monitoring, interested blah blah blah. I thought there was a plan in place, players identified and ready to go to do the deals. I reckon the club is winging it and making it up as they go along and Ange is just giving BS!

Johnson should be the understudy, we need a 1st choice RW.
That's an opinion. I think you're wrong, but you're entitled to your opinion.

But you holding that opinion doesn't change the fact that we're going to play the person who we paid £50M for not 12 months ago and who scored or assisted 20% of our goals in our 2nd most prolific season in 40 years. You may not like it, but that doesn't change the fact that the plan all summer long has always been than Johnson is the first choice RW.

Yeah, its not looking great is it. It was/is the position we most needed to add too IMO. All the talk in the media is about CMs.

It's disappointing but maybe a striker solves afew issues with him linking up with Maddison & Son

Kulu, Johnson, Son, Werner & Moore will be what we go into the season with, whether we like it or not their are goals and assists in that so we are fully stocked

We do also need to start using our youth in general & that's going to mean we don't sign players sometimes

Will be interesting to see if Donley will be used at left back as rotation

Good signing IMO, clearly a lot of potential there and a little over £18m is pretty cheap for a punt.
We've already brought a young punt of a winger so probably no need. Also there's moore to develop, and who knows if we're lucky he could be the English yamal:pocheyes:

If we were to buy one still at rw it would be someone more ready to go, which I guess is why neto was on.

Don't think it would be the end of the world, I'm more concerned with lb/lcb

The moment we loose vdv or udogie it all crumbles a bit at the back .
But looks like we're just gonna cheap out there and rely on Ben Davies for lcb and Spence for lb
