So why wouldn't Coman be a suitable "moving on" target?
We're not getting Coman but he's definitely a very good player. Barca want him as well so the likely outcome is Raphina becomes available if they sign Coman. Maybe we are waiting to see if Barca get desperate to register players that they allow Raphina to leave on loan nearer the end of the window.

By the sounds of it Doue and Neto were higher. We didn't get them. This happens when more successful clubs OR clubs prepared to pay more than we are get involved.
