If we dont add a spark up front somewhere its going to be a hard old season and just not enjoyable to watch. Way too much hope and expectation placed on 4 kids of 17, 18, 18 and 19 simply because we havent done what's required in the market.

I thought Son was decent in the first half, and very involved with our general play. If anything he should've taken responsibility and shot a bit more. Second half he disappeared, which is concerning cause that's exactly where we needed our captain to show leadership qualities.
There's nothing to regret, it's not up to us, he doesn't want to leave.
No irony. I’m clear on their limitations when they’re not scoring. However that doesn’t mean I downplay their scoring achievements which are impressive.

Not our decision. Richie has a contract and did not want to go. Nothing we could do to make him although we can leave him out of the squad but we do not have enough forward options and without his sale money could not make a big signing.
He’s streaky sure, but he is also brilliant when you let him do his thing. My issue is he’s 32, and Ange is leaving him on all game. We need to manage his game time so he stays fit.

Son was very positive first half, as was Maddison. Both need to have a look in the mirror about what happened when they scored.
Leicester got excited after the goal and actually came at us. You’d think the predator in Son would recognize that was his opportunity to hurt them and get in behind with pace but instead he tuned prey. You can’t do that as captain.
Solanke played well, particularly considering he's been here for a week.so any free strikers still on the market
