I've been supporting Spurs from New Zealand (and when in London for a few years) since the late 1950s - it's the unpredictability that makes Spurs life so interesting - the positives can be celebrated - the negatives are soon forgotten.

But I worry about a negative culture in the Club (and on the pitch) over the past 3 or 4 years - some of our players don't seem to want to be on the pitch - Conti was right when he criticised the players at the end of his management period - and some of those players he criticised are still at the Club!!!!!!!

Hey fella

If you make one more post trying to slyly dig me out, I’m going to fucking end you.

You so much as hint at mentioning me in any more of your weird posts that nobody wants to fucking read, you’re going to get taught a lesson.

Got that? Good.

Just trying to be polite.

Now fuck off you trolling little gooner rodent.

You’re not spurs. You’ll never be spurs.

Nobody respects your existence on this forum.

Just my opinion. Just trying to be polite.

We’re all better off without you. Fuck you to hell and back, gooner.

Do what you want ; you’re entitled to do so after all .

But people who consider supporting our Club is a “ curse “ or who have had “ enough “ of ‘ this embrassament of a club “ ; simply don’t figure high enough in my regard to bother worrying me about what they think. Got that ; good .

I’m am truly sorry for anyone who thinks this club is an “ embarrassment “ or supporting it is considered
“ a curse “ , Got that ; good ,

“ Gooner “ , “ You’ll never be spurs “ ; For Fuc=s Sake .,,. Listen to yourself Man ; or get your significant other read to this post out loud to you .

I’ll stand by what I’ve said .

PS How long did you live in (North ) London ; what did you make of it ? I’d be genuinely interested .

PS my Welsh friend it’s Spurs not “ spurs “ . Capital letters matter , to me at least , and many others on here . I’d have thought / hoped you’d have known that .

If anyone actually thinks supporting spurs is only a curse then I'm not sure why on earth you keep following us?

Football is a hobby not some obligation you have to do. If it's making your life worse then stop it, simple as.

I love supporting spurs whether we're good or shit, prefer being good but enjoy it whatever really.

A few moments in life this club have given me are pretty amazing.

Can only imagine what clubs like woolwich, United and city feel winning leagues and champions leagues with late and last minute goals.

Levels to this blessing game.

Definitely not a curse though. No feeling like walking into our stadium on a big night under the lights. Amazing.

But overall ; anyone who considers himself or herself “ cursed “ to support our club : well quite frankly;
Fuc\ them to hell and back ; no matter where they live or how much they ‘ love ‘ their cars OR even they if live in South Wales and have recently “ had enough ‘ for that matter
Fkrck em all . We’re better off without the c;n/ts in question.
BTW What kind of wan[er would have asked a question like this ?
Just my opinion .
# We’re all entitled to our opinion ; this happens to be mine ,
Try to be polite .
Admin Admin - We're supposed to avoid personal insults these days, aren't we? Calling me a wanker for starting this thread (and not even having the balls to spell it properly) is unacceptable.

I appreciate your commitment , time and money etc ; but for me ( and possibly others ) its more that just a transaction .

Please don’t get me wrong; I’ve realised by being on this forum , how Iucky I’ve been to see beautiful football played by a team that won stuff every few years for at least a few decades . I was lucky to be born when I was .

Personally I consider the presence of Spurs in my life as an absolute blessing ; sometimes a complicated blessing but a blessing without a shadow of a doubt .

I’m pretty sure others think so too .
You obviously started before 1994.

Been almost exclusively shit to close but not close enough for my entire Spurs life.

A thorough horse whipping is required here!

Been Spurs since the day I was born, but conscious supporter since I got my first kit (The Away pruple Pony kit) when I Was 7 or 8. I've seen the highs, the lows, and the “almosts”. I survived the era of Sheringham and Ginola’s hair before enduring the dark days of mid-table mediocrity, George Graham’s anti-football, and the heartbreak of selling Carrick, Berbatov, and Modrić (basically our annual "who’s off to Man United?" tradition). I watched Jol build something beautiful, Redknapp give us Champions League nights, and Pochettino take us to the promised land, only to leave us stranded at the final hurdle in Madrid (cheers, Moussa Sissoko’s armpit).

I’ve seen managers come and go like a revolving door. AVB’s PowerPoint project, Mourinho’s short-lived siege mentality, and Conte’s press conferences that were more explosive than our defense. And yet, through all the bottling, the “Spursy” moments, and the Kane and Son heroics, I’m still here, hoping that maybe...just maybe...at some point, I won’t finish the season saying, “At least we played good football.”

A lifetime of pain? Yes. Would I trade it? Absolutely not. Because one day, it’ll be worth it. Probably. Maybe. Oh, who am I kidding… COYS!

I wouldn't say it's a curse, just hard work and tears!
Spurs is the hot chick you dated that cheated on you....you can't let her go because you just hope one day things will improve and she'll ultimately make you proud to be with her!
But the moments of ecstasy....the miracle in Amsterdam....Crouchy's goal against Man City....just keep you hooked.

And we were one game away from winning the ultimate club prize, and doing it the right way. By solid financial management, and growth. Not by being bought as a billionaires play thing.

But that's all a distant memory now...

As a non-parent, I imagine supporting Spurs is like having kids. Most of the time they drive you nuts and you wish that they'd never been born. Then they do something that melts your heart and you're back in the vein of thought that they're the best thing on this earth.
As a parent and yes Spurs and my three sons have driven me mad over the years!
However getting all three to support Spurs is a burden all three will never forgive me for!

Tbh few years back going to away games was a blessing. Was like a cult following. Prefer away games tbh as better and more sassy atmosphere with our fans. Wish I'd have gone to bergwijn game at leicester though. Whoever went to that was fortunate and of course city and ajax away in CL.
