Match The Mighty Cockerels versus Real Madrid @ Wembley 1St nov

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Still on the way home from Wembley via the boozer...

Those that watched it on telly - did it sound loud? It fucking seemed to be. Proper glory glory night that.

Got our tactics spot on and dismantled to 12 times Eiropean Champions. This will live long in the memory......

Where's John Thomas John Thomas , Don Giovanni Don Giovanni & Co? :kanehand:
Just got back to Amersham. Atmosphere in the crush back to Wembley Park was fucking electric and I'd do it all again 10 times over. Fantastic performance from the team and the fans. Big shout out for Trippier. World class performance. Ronaldo stood out for them. Did nothing to damage his chances of a move to NWHL.
Only down side for me tonight is reading shite like this from Smoked Salmon Smoked Salmon . Why can't some people just enjoy tonight for what it was? Why the need to wallow over differences of opinions in the past? So unnecessary

Only been indoors for half an hour just managed to catch the highlights on itv. What a night, I just love all our players and manager. Just wanted to post that before I went to sleep will catch up properly tomorrow. Good night all xx

Oh I’d take tonight over the kangaroo fucking tin pot cup, THIS is what we are aiming fo. THIS is Tottenham Hotspur, people need to adjust to bigger things, this club is moving up. It might take a few more years, this is just the beginning.

Still on the train home - fantastic celebrations in the boozer after! What a night!
Crowded them out superbly for most of the game, learnt from the away game and did a number on them. Magnificent!!

Real Madrid 30 games unbeaten in CL group stages since 2012:before tonight,
It was also the first time in 9seasons they conceded more than 2 goals in the CL group stages.
Juventus 2008, 2-0

Plus they have beaten everyone at the Bernabeu in the CL group stage since November 2009. The only sides to avoid defeat at the Bernabeu since then were Dortmund and us.

That’s some form from them and a great achievement by us over 2 games you’d think
Yet according to ex Man City player Craig Bellamy tonight’s 3-1 defeat of the most successful CL/EC side ever wasn’t as good as City’s result at Napoli
Why?
Because of the”form” Napoli have been in recently.

Couldn’t make it up

In a taxi back home now and the first thing the driver said said after finding out I was at the football? “Yeah, but I’ve heard Madrid are shit now, do you think you’ll beat City? They’re the best team “

FFS.
