Doesn't Romero have some form of knee issue still? Or was that confirmed taken care of?
Probably the same as the rest of us. Hard work. Some goal/assist threat. Covers ground and gets in tackles. Anywhere between 10-20 mis-controls per game. No crossing or mid-long range shooting ability.
Dele Alli continuously getting in to the side despite offering aside from running about is disappointing. But to be fair to Nuno, the other options aren't exactly inspiring either, and Alli has experience .. I guess?
Otherwise quite happy with the side. Would like to have seen Romero but can understand why Nuno has gone with the cb partnership which started the season very well + Romero is very aggressive and in a fixture like this could be prone to a red.

I think it's a simple case of Skipp and Hojbjerg at the same time is too similar, and Lo Celso offers nothing either. I'm sure if we had other options Alli would be rotated out but we just don't.

A case of square pegs and round holes I think, Skipp and HB makes us too defensive, then again Dele on current form makes us a man down, especially with not knowing which Ndombele turns up…Our midfield really is a mixed up bag of average right now…
