He’s playing exactly where he’s been asked to play, inverted.

Pass to him should have had more pace on it and Spence should also have not have beaten to it.

Bayern have gone a man to man press, super aggressive too and we’ve not coped.

We need this test, so far we’ve largely not been pressed, we need to see if Gray can play when he’s pressed aggressively. Or without the ball when it’s being popped arround him as it is at the moment

We need games like this though

I don’t feel like we’ve been properly tested in pre season until now, the last game was a bit of a challenge but this is something else
