For some odd reason, this post got me thinking about the possibility of.. what if, what if Levy went for another season without getting anyone again! Wouldn't that be fucking outrageous yet spectacular at the same time?? No? lol

With serious steroid use and talent transplants during the summer he can't do that again. It's become obvious that he squad isn't deep enough at the level we want.

It is not going to happen e n. I like to bet some money on it if I could. I think my mind was just reacting in a strange way to a Spanish post that was off on a point or two.

I agree totally. I've been supporting Spurs all my life. Even when they were relegated. So I've been through the best and the worst times. It's important to realise that the only reason we're challenging for the CL is we've been let off the hook by miserable performances of Woolwich and Chelsea and also MU's dismal start to the season. Objectively speaking, we're not playing class football at the moment. Some of our best players are out injured, others are playing every match and are knackered. We have unbelievably bad players on the bench, i.e. Llorente, Janssens etc. Our future is completely tied up in the coming tranfer period. If Levy refuses to spend a lot, we're going to be a mid table team next year. But if we bring in the correct players and I think we need at least 3, maybe 4, then with the talent that we have, we can be challenging for the title next year. It's sad that football has come down to money but that's the modern sports world and if we aren't prepared to spend, we'll get left behind. Our future is in the hands of Levy, ( God help us. He's a business man who clearly has no real interest in football other than what profits he can make) and Poch who must have the guts to stand up to him.
And last but not least, Poch has to stop showing favouritism to players and not play them if it affects the team performance. Example....I'm a huge Deli fan but he has not been good these last few games yet Poch insists on starting him.
Mid-table!!!!????? LOL:sonlol:

Win against Everton for top 3, probably still for 3rd place. Can't see Chelsea winning both games.

All depends on Ajax result. If we get knocked out, we're not getting top 4. Fuckkkkkkkk

the only team i see winning both their last games is utd which is why a point was a must today .

really depends what everton turn up next week. they can be brilliant or absolute shit. thankfully their usually pretty shit away from home.

thing is, if we play like we did today minus the losing of heads, we'll beat everton. i'm sure of it.

> Shit against West Ham and miss the chance to earn a point right at the death.
> Melt down against Bournemouth - who we have one of the best records against since they got promoted, conceding a goal right at the end after holding out for so long.
> Son's red means we won't even have him as an option against Everton.

Sorry, but we know how this story goes. We've seen this enough times before as Spurs fans, haven't we?

Yup, but hopefully not again :pochfacepalm: It was really painful then but at least we still qualified for the UCL.
