Shame I really liked the idea of Maximum Steve. Also buying him for LCB and then loaning Burnley Vuskovic for a season would be quite smart.
I disagree, it's been reinforced
I have the same strength qualities as The Rock, even if he can bench press 250 kilos and I struggle to push 100.Estève interview from May:
“When I was young, I dreamed of playing in the Premier League. I watched basically just that on the TV […] My dream is to play for a top-six team in England. I wouldn’t say there is any club in particular but my dream is to go there,” said the Frenchman.
He then revealed that he is a fan of Tottenham Hotspur players of the past and present. “My favourite player [when I was young] was Gareth Bale when he was playing at Tottenham because when I was younger, I was a left-winger and a left-back,” said Éstève before revealing a current Tottenham defender as a player he aspires to.
“There is a player that I like a lot in the Premier League that not everyone talks about – Micky van de Ven. He is very quick and I like him a lot because I think that I have the same speedy qualities, even if he is a lot quicker. I’m inspired by him because he is a player who is of a similar profile to me,” he said.

I just think a CB needs more experience specially in the PL. Be good to let him make some mistakes someone else.Think I’d prefer to see what Vuskovic is capable of first.
Have a sneaky suspicion he pulls a Bergvall this season
WellI put a winking emoji or something’. Otherwise it’s just a dry-assed post.

My guess is 5-2-3 vs strong sides, and 4-2-3-1 vs weaker sides.
Romero likely sold, Davies sold, and one of Takai or Vuskovic loaned out.

Romero - sold
Vdv - Danso starters
Esteve - Vuskovic initial backups
Radu injured then backup - not registered for UEFA
Davies - sold or kept as emergency backup but not registered for UEFA
Takai, Phillips, Dorrington loaned
352 perhaps; but we haven't got dominant enough MFers to play only 2 in the middle.
Danso, VDV, Esteve + Vusko isn't enough if we're playing 3CBs.
We need to keep things on the DL or his price will go through the roof. Right now it's just unnecessary tension building up. Let's just survey the market and review our blueprint. It’s been plastered all over the internet so there must be something to it
Frank used a lopsided 3-at the back last season a lot.
Matchup specific but Mickey playing defensive LB/LCB giving Porro/Spence the license to play RW from RB is a tactic Frank has used
Kane’s brilliance is his ability to find space and ping the ball about. There were times he dropped deep too often, especially for Eng
"I like him, but 25mil fee + 40k pw wages is out of our price range. We don't want to do a Leeds, people! Find me a cheaper version of the kid. Has Takai got a brother or cousin?"

Bentancur, Bissouma, Gray, Sarr and Bergvall are all capable of playing in the double pivot.
Bentancur did it pretty well with PEH and he wasn't a specialist no 6
