I did think a 17th place finish might have jolted them into semi competence or urgency but spend wise, nothing. I think my early window prediction was for 1 biggish £50m signing, Angel Gomes and Dibling.
Just pointing out due to chronic ongoing injuries and a lack of the afforementioned urgency that the squad is royally fucked.
I'd be surprised if we see him in 2025, and with our squad rules squeeze there is zero chance he's named in the CL group stage squad.
