You’re not improving your shooting technique by that much after 21. Sharpen it yes. Learn when to shoot and when not to yes. But he’s never going to be picking out corners like Cole Palmer.

Or are some clubs just artificially inflating the market like Chelsea did when Abramovich came in. Average players are going for huge amounts. Clubs need to look outside the PL. The premium for PL players is no longer worth it. It must be about 60% of the fees no at a minimum.
