Well done on getting through it. I simply can not listen to the guy anymore. Waffles on for an hour (telling us about a game we've all seen, what he had for lunch, his traffic issues on the way to the ground, and on and on.) when his podcast could be 20 mins. For a so-called journalist, he rarely has any inside news or insights.

VDV and Ginola were great signings, VDV specifically, we got him for £8m which felt like a steal for a player of his level. Ginola was crazy cheap and it turned out to be a very good bit of business. It’s true Bale didn’t score worldies every game, but he played well more often than not, once we found his feet.
I’m quite disappointed with Maddison (injuries aside), for £40m I feel he has been really inconsistent. I worry about Eze being the same, but hopefully I’m proved wrong.
