Agree! This deal under these circumstances (installed payments, 9m a year wages?) should have been wrapped up already.
Just when I allow myself to believe Enic are about to "explode" into the transfer market to back up Levy's bold statement of "we want to win The EPL, The CL, I'm brought down to earth with a bang when still reading we are dithering over a deal like this.
I guess after 55 years supporting our beloved club I should know better. That or I'm just a masochists!

I'm not foolish enough to think his heart belongs to Tottenham, but we've also tabled a contract extension. Until we see whether he signs that or not I'm not putting two and two together as I don't see anything he's said as a clear indication. You may be right, but my issue is that you're taking a lot of circumstantial evidence and moving right onto a verdict.

On that we can agree 100%.
