What is the best feed you people follow for transfer news that isn't being pulled from thin air? Everything I see is contradictory, even more than in prior years
I follow a mix of SpursExpress, HotspurRelated, and TottenhamTiers. Though of course none are all that accurate, they generally don’t post total bullshit, and they cite their sources so I can quickly check the primary source myself.
Just treat everything as pure bullshit for discussion purposes until you get the Romano "here we go".

Could have gone for both if we didn’t spend over £40M on Tel. That is the sort of thing big clubs would do.

We could have gone for exe and made a big down payment of say £50M using the money spent on Tel. This is thing people say Tel is good prospect and has potential although we haven’t seen any eveidence of it. Yet moan that we don’t go for players like eze. If we made bette choices on how we spend our money then we could get players like eze, Simmons, Brian, etc. but no we need Tel abd he will come good. We know what our owners are like so when we spend money we should be smarter. I’d much rather have eze than Wilson and Tel. We have other young players any ways.
