Before the game many fans wanted us to lose to stop Woolwich, irrespective of CL qualification still being possible
In hindsight we stopped Woolwich failed to qualify for a comp we were ill equipped to be in . Instead entered a competition we won giving us our best night in 40 years . It’s a mega mega win win .
We are ill equipped for this years CL but our qualification does not gift Woolwich the league so I will suffer the ignominy of a few defeats with good grace.

People can be hypocritical about these things though. Ange said he never wanted to lose a game, when referencing City and the implications for Woolwich, but seemed happy to do so for the 2nd half of the season as it was for a greater good.
(I don't buy that, but just saying people do).
For example, if we were playing the final match of the season and needed to win a game to win the league, but losing would relegate Woolwich, I'd want the win still. If we had a dead rubber and losing would relegate Woolwich or deny them a title, then there's no such thing as losing, as spurs fan.
