Dear Kosher, I have heard a rumor that we will soon be showing "interest" in a player according to various tweets. Are the rumors true that we may show interest in a player and may at some point consider considering whether to make a formal offer to be linked to said player without making a formal offer... or not? The suspense is killing me

If he takes a while to answer it’s because he is inundated with fans wanting to know what we are not doing . He always responds though , he told me 3 players we were not signing just this morning

I’ve made peace with it. I really fucking wanted him before he went there. If we get his first season form then it’s honestly an incredible signing.

Concerned about his effort out of possession and what he’s like if he doesn’t start because someone else wants to work harder out of possession.

But overall, I’d be pretty excited by seeing him in that black kit on a champions league night. I think he will do some special things

Do 4-0 wins in the league at the Etihad and Villa Park count?

I guess my only real point is that I feel like some of our fans don't enjoy things like trips to Tamworth or Bodo, which I think is a real shame, that kind of stuff makes supporting a club like Spurs fun and unique.

I just don’t get it. I’ve rarely been impressed when I’ve watched him so thought I’d look at his stats in case I’ve missed something and they are average. So the data doesn’t back up the signing either.

I hope you are right a little bit lazy mercurial talent I can live with , Berba being a great example . Lazy wasters like NDombele grind my gears . Berba never wasted his talent NDombele sadly has

Reading that Kumb thread the majority don’t rate him and are happy to pull out pants down. we’d be absolute mugs to sign him. We’d be all wanting rid in 12 months. Another big waste of money. The talk of other clubs wanting him is bollocks as well imo just trying to create interest. I’d rather buy no one in that position than him.
 
I think Kudus is a good signing. He’s not an excellent signing but if we can save money on him compared to Mbeumo and Eze (both of whom I’m not convinced are worth £70m and tons of wages) and really go after a top 6 then I’m OK with it. He’s a great dribbler, will help our ball retention massively, versatile, has goals and a final ball in him.

Importantly he’s a left footed right winger with pace. We haven’t had that in ages.

Definitely happy if we do get him, but only if it allows us to kick on to go get a real difference-maker in midfield.

Still convinced we'll get hijacked. West Ham are ringing up everyone hoping to start a bidding war. Be typical Chelsea to just come in and take him. Pedro Neto all over again.

We should at least leak some tweets that we have 'renewed interest' in the player, and arrange the tweets so that you have to click Show More for the parts saying "no offer is being made" "no formal contact" "Spurs valuation is no higher than 1.5k" "Player says he'd rather take a boot in the bollocks"
