I can't help but agree. And both (if signed) will make them a better team/squad because of it, on top of those they have already bought, and maybe with Gyokeres to come

I am honestly staggered how little we have dime in the transfer window.

Utterly the action of a second or third tier team, even allowing for the natural pecking order.

Nothing to look forward to next season other than less post-match coughs

Loads have said it’s a top 6 squad which is a joke

We finished 5th without Europe and the squad wage bill has reduced since then, and we now have an extended CL campaign to juggle. A sensible take would be 17th again without serious investment - c.500M is probably needed to finish top half
 
Kudus is definitely going to Chelsea. Not sure why, because they’ll look to sell him in 18 months time to keep funds coming in, but he’ll be on a wedge and won’t care.


It’s a sad state of affairs. Chelsea are just buying so others can’t have them. But it’s our boards fault for once again taking their time and trying to strong arm a club into selling for cheap.

other than money why would Kudus go to Chelsea. They have soooo many forwards and most of them are better than Kudus, or at least more consistent. I guess if you’re sitting on the bench it gives you more time to count your money.
