Gallagher isnt a number 6. He would be worse than any of our current options thereIf Romero goes who would you rather have of the two players we seem to be looking at. DeWinter or Bisseck? I no nothing about either of them.
If Romero really wants to go to Atleti and they don’t want to pay the asking price in cash maybe we could swap Romero for Gallagher and £35mil. It would fix our number 6 problem and pay for one of the above.
The only problem is I doubt Gallagher wants to come here.
We bought him on the back of a breakout season on loan at a hardy mans club up in the basque country. I guess we figured he’d be mentally prepared for a step up and a foreign move. Pity he just didn’t develop physically.
Have we ever had a player bounce in and out of the door as many times as Gil? Every summer he comes back i realise I'd completely forgotten about him and my first thought is 'hes still here?'.
How the fuck long was his contract? Have any of these loans made any differencel whatsoever? Is he better now? Has he bulked up at all? People always said hes more suited to play in Spain but hes had all these loans and still no one wants him. Very weird.
He cant play left thats a big reason westham are selling him. Hes only really impressed on the right and thats bowens positionHe’ll, have to challenge Saka at Woolwich for the right wing so perhaps he does not fancy that or playing left or centre.Sky News says Woolwich interested in Madueke now so where would that leave Eze?
Bowen would be a much better signing than Kudus.
Guy gets numbers.
Bowen.Bowen would be £80-100m. We ain’t paying that. I’d take him over all the players we have been linked with Eze, Mbeumo, Kudus and so on but if West Ham sell their best player they could be relegated and also he is married to Danny Dyers daughter a massive Hammers fan so it would create family turmoil.
Gil won't be here.I understand why Frank might be looking at Kudus as his Mbuemo alternative, but God Damn we have an insane amount of wingers.
How the hell does it make any sense to have Son, Tel, Kulu, Johnson, Moore, Odobert and even Gill competing for two spots and then spend £50m on another one, when we have Solanke as our only out and out striker - and he scores an average of just 7-10 goals a season? Unless Son is being kept as reserve striker only. Tel certainly isnt a natural there.
Good.
Sounds like JohnsonBowen would be a much better signing than Kudus.

ShadyDumb logicWhy would anyone pay the release clause when it runs out anyway and it’s blindingly obvious they need to sell for PSR?
Professional waffler

Frank wanted Johnson at Brentford as a striker. Maybe that's where he will be used now, with Solanke as back up. Hence we are chasing a RW now.
