Wham certainly trying to get other clubs to bid.... so far Wham sources have (accidentally of course) name dropped Chelsea, ManU et al.......,

And certainly those two have form for bidding high for players even though Chelsea have too many players already and ManU need to upgrade on a few (although with Rashford, Anthony and about 4 others who they are struggling to offload it might not be the best time to bring new players in).

A few links carrying he story of some sort of swap deal with Bissouma being replaced by Douglas Luiz between Spurs and Juventus.

Only problem is swap deals in practice very rarely happen !
 
So Kudus wants Spurs, no interest in anyone else, no other club has made a bid, surely this is an easy transfer to quickly complete
