Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Board at Woolwich completely showing Levy up. He just can't hide, but the fucker will.

He should be ashamed to see the difference in ambition between our rivals. Fuck Chelsea and the money clubs. There is no reason why we can't be showing ambition like Woolwich are. The fucker sits there and says we want to win the league with a straight face, but then won't back the manager.

Woolwich showing how it's done. They are spending to win, and have every season. All you can ask for as a fan.

What the fuck are we doing at Spurs instead? It's pathetic. Levy is a con artist. He presents the illusion of us challenging, but Levy doesn't care, he'll be happy with a top 6 challenge and scraping into the CL if we are lucky. He just wants the money, not glory.

Spending to win?

OK

When?

I have.

He uses his physicality in league with no physicality. He struggles against any defenders who can match him physically and his touch is average at best. He doesn't have the technique to get shots off in tight spaces either. I think, like Lukaku, he'd do well on a less physical league but will get swallowed up in the Prem.

Who is the PSV number 6 ??? Had Gyok in his pocket.....sign him up!!!

A cursory google of “when were Woolwich first linked to Zubimendi” gives a huge number of news stories and within every one, it’s written that they were trying to sign him last summer but couldn’t afford to. And their interest was the reason why the player didn’t sign for Liverpool back then.

Whilst I’m not one for believing everything I read, 100% of reports is a pretty high level to ignore.

It's a strange paradigm
  • having no signings in January despite needing them
  • taking forever to sign a key player
  • finishing 2nd instead of winning things
That's apparently what 'proper' clubs do. Not at all something I'm sure Aphex would criticise us for.

We should be more like that vile club that is so well run that it habours players like Partey and wins 2nd place trophies :mourweird:

Has Solomon played RW at all?

Odobert - Solanke - Kudos
Moore - Tel - Solomon

That group of players likely should be able to compete in 2-3 years. Who knows if any of Odobert, Moore, Tel, Solomon are ready next season.

Fucking deluded mate

A club that has won 1 league cup in 25 years and no European trophy in 41 years and you downplay the Europa win in this manner?

It's absolutely true that the league position last season was out of order and Ange paid the price for it. However, this club, this group of players and staff actually won one of the major prizes on offer to us last season. There is no need to piss all over it like you are

He's a blatant gooner.

Absolutely zero chance Abscess is Spurs

Given the amount of CBs we already have I’d bet we are Mickey LB/LCB in a lopsided back 4

Not saying it’s the right move but given Mickey does it for the Dutch and numbers a real issue, I’m sure Frank will have to make due

We do have to shape the team. It’s all very well saying Kulusevski can play right wing or Bentancur can play DM but it’s back to the whole square pegs.

RB: fine
RCB: Romero, Danso, Vuskovic, Dragusin - fine
LCB: VDV, Davies - Davies is coming to the end so need upgrade
LB: need cover for Udogie other than Spence who covers the right
DM: Bissouma is off probably, Bentencur isn’t a DM, Gray is still learning. Need a top DM.
CM: Bentancur, Bergvall, Sarr. Fine
AM: Maddison, Kulusevski, Donley. Both Kulu and Donley need to step up
RW: Johnson, need Kudus
ST: Richy and Solanke. Ok but not perfect
LW: Son, Solomon, Moore, Tel, Odobert. Probably to many.

Badly need: RW and DM
Also need: LB and LCB cover

I personally would be very pleased if we sign Kudus as I have been an admirer of his for a couple of years now.

He is a real rocket of a player, he thrives in a position we desperately need strengthened, Premier League proven, bit of cockiness and attitude about him, and it is a fact that defenders HATE playing against him which is a very good sign.

It would actually be one of the most sensible and astute signings the club has made for years.

I agree, and am puzzled as to why so many on here don’t rate him. Perhaps they care more about stats than dribbling, technique etc, or remember his disastrous performance against us last season.

Not to mention the banter opportunity it creates with the Spammers.

All I’ll say is Mbeumo was a lot worse than Kudus is when he signed for Brentford. Frank turned him into a 20-goal-a-season dynamo and they have similar profiles. I think Frank deserves our trust if that’s who he really wants.

They really are.

Regressed in the football they play for the last two seasons, absolutely toothless without Saka, been found out a bit with relentless set piece antics. No longer have a proven rapist to take long throws for them.

Liverpool and City have properly upgraded this window and imo they were already ahead last season, Woolwich need a new left winger, proven premier league goalscorer and holding midfielder and a new manager to compete for the league.
