I think if the Kudus deal isn't completed by the weekend then something has gone wrong. If we are so close and the player has made west ham aware that he only wants Spurs, then I really can't see how a compromise isn't sorted this week. The gap in valuation is less than 10m and it sounds like that is all decided around the add ons.

Both parties still playing a game of chicken it seems. West Ham claiming there is more teams looking for him, Spurs claiming they might look elsewhere.

Can you prove anything you just said?

If not, then shut up. Nobody asked for your negative-nancy opinion. Just shut up. It'll either happen, or it won't.

Oh and thanks for POPPING IN.

Another day another poem until we spend 50m+ on a signing!

"Levy’s Premier League Fantasy"

Levy holds a Beyoncé night,
Fans cheer loud, the funds take flight.
But bonus paid? It’s all for him—
No new stars, just Levy’s grin.

“We’ll win the league,” he boldly claims,
“No need for pricey transfer games.”
While fans just watch the season slide,
Levy’s pockets grow worldwide.

A chat-gpt poem about the Levy-outers and spurs transfer window.

Tottenham is white
Never ever red
All Levy outers
Are fucking braindead.

Spurs will sign some young guns
They won't cost a lot
But please rest assured
Bald cunt will put his hand in the pot.

Bit harsh, chatgpt! Very rude. I, for one, am shocked and appalled.

Only seen him play once but he looked a natural player. As in had a good touch and looked extremely comfortable with the ball and scored 2 nice goals IIRC.
But it was for City against lower league oppo, so hard to tell really.

Then again, some of our players looked like pub players against an ACTUAL pub team last season.

technically decent, but the price for these young English players who've done nothing is out of control.

This is mild, matey

3,000 pages in 2018. 0ver 60,000 posts.

Then the window slammed shut, we'd...signed nobody ..absolutely no-one...Nada....Sweet fuck all, Jesus..... and everyone was like

Your obsession with Airfixx is embarrassing and genuinely concerning

So we started a January thread. Airfixx Airfixx and the crew told us all to calm down.... we'd make up for it..... be the biggest spenders. So, we all piled over there with renewed vigour and excitement.

2000 pages later. The window slams shut....And we'd signed nobody AGAIN!

Ahhh. Them was the days 😉

Lo Celso often played well.
He was injured a lot and under used .

His signing made perfect sense
Technically good creative midfielder - a rare breed.
He did not benefit from the manager changes.
Not a Conte player - who never plays a creative midfielder.
And not a Mourinho player.
Ange liked him and then didn't. There might have been an attitude problem with him, I suppose
Come on "one day I want to play in Spain" sending messages out about the old manager just as we confirmed Frank. Tweets about the owners and medical team. Prioritising his country over his club time and time again.
If you can't see that he wants to go I don't know what to say
Richy is an ex. Fluminense player. The Brazilian teams doesnt seem afraid of playing older players so his age shouldn't be a problem.

Might be possible to trade him for one of their players. Martinelli for example.
You missed the other ones where he says how much he loves this great⁸ club and how we need to go forward together?

Or that time he captained us to our biggest trophy in 41 years whilst carrying an injury?

You carry on seeing what you want mate. I’m still waiting here in reality
I think what we're seeing there is it's a South American thing...
Richie has made no secret of the fact he has eyes on representing Brazil at the WC, and why not, he's Brazilian, not born and bred in Edmonton!

The difference being, is that Richie seems to know which side his bread is buttered and seems to care equally about playing for Spurs...

Lo Celso and Romero have both prioritised (and risked aggravating injuries) in order to represent their country ahead of Spurs... The same Country over Club debate was levelled at Lo Celso several times... always regained fitness just in time to jump on a plane to Bueno Aries!
... So in 2nd thoughts maybe it's just an Argentinian thing!

"A big beautiful club who's fans are being let down by greedy scumbag owners"

Or words to that effect if I remember correctly

Romero has played injured countless times for us…

Are we just saying anything goes to fit a narrative here?

It was clearly evident last season that they didn't have adequate cover for Rodri, the drop off in midfield was huge.

Who is their CF cover?

That’s on Pep. The club spent another 50m on Nunes and they had Kovacic on huge wages.

Both start at 6 or 8 for pretty much every team in the PL,

The idea they had no cover is one of the most absurd things I’ve ever read.

Then January they bought Gonzalez as well. Now Rudolph the red nose Reijnders
