I don't get the use case for memory foam in shoes at all. I want some kind of cushioning function, memory foam doesn't do that, it just melts away and forms after your foot. The cushioning is in another layer. And when you take them off the memory is shorter than that of a person with Alzheimer's. It doesn't fucking remember my feet at all, and it's just flat as on a new shoe when you put them on again. Please explain why anyone would want memory foam in shoes, and wrist is good for? Its not clear to me.

There is an opportunity cost with every signing. If we sign Wharton (£80m) rather than Paulinho or Luiz (£25m each) we have spent £55m on a DM we could have invested elsewhere. For example
- Gyokeres £55m + add ons
- Osimhen +/- £60m
- Sesko +/- £60m
I would rather get a PL proven DM like Paulinho or Luiz with money left over to buy an elite CF like Sesko or Osimhen (or indeed Kane for his £54m release clause). I think Solanke would make a decent backup striker.

It's called memory foam for precisely the opposite reason you think it is. The "memory" is for it to return back to its original state, not stay in the form it took after you've put your foot on it. You can do that with latex or alginate.
