Transfers The Summer Transfer Edging Thread 2025

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

He was a useless footballer that would look like shit in any system. Always a few steps behind. Never in the right place. Always giving away the easy turnovers, always putting teammates in trouble by making alibi passes. But sometimes he could pick a long cross and score a goal a season.

No he wouldn't look good in Frank's system. He would look exactly like the useless player he is.

One of the worst midfielders I've seen pull on our shirt

What did it take him six minutes to say what you could write in one paragraph?

short answer is to justify a YouTube video, over a short - the monetary aspect is about 1000 times different (in that shorts make fractions of what videos do).

The bigger question is why someone's bother to watch a video made by someone who has no more info than their nan

Frank, who previously worked with a small transfer budget and even smaller wage scale, comes to Spurs and immediately asks for a 100 mill player.

John Candy Reaction GIF

At little Brentford he was pushing the club to sign Johnson for 35 mill, Gray for over 30 mill, 32 mill for Nusa......he wanted MGW as well

Thats the equivalent of a club the size of Spurs attempting to sign 60-80 mill pound players.

So far 55 mill dropped on Kudus, anytime soon MGW for 60 mill, so it's not that surprising that he has an eye on Wharton for a potential club record 70- 80 mill

Shocking truth about Spurs cash injection

aYbyxeN.png

Shot taken in March 2025 of Levy soliciting in LA

Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy has today confessed to charges
brought by the LAPD for solicitation. Undercover reporters suspicions were
raised after the North London club appeared to have received a large cash
injection without evidence quantifying the source of said finance

If charged, the courts will impose a minimum sentence of 10 years of which,
Mr. Levy, 63, will serve most of this time at his home in Surrey, South England

The charges and length of incarceration will see Levy regain freedom by the
time he reaches the age of 73

On release, Mr. Levy was quoted as mumbling "COYS" during a follow-up
interview from his newly acquired council flat residence in Harringay

Ok I'm definitely stealing one of these for my avatar

They are glorious

Thanks in advance

In isolation its good we spending cash. But the rest of the prem is going nuts in the market too.

So we still as far away as every.
The top sides are, the other half of the Prem are having their guts ripped out - Brentford, Bournemouth, Forest, West Ham, Everton (contracts ending), Wolves. We still have Leeds best player from last season and he won’t even be a rotation option for us. Sunderland sold their best player and Burnley could lose their best defender.

Palace and Brighton could very well be weakened also this summer and Villa can’t really afford to spend so are just standing still.

I will say now, zero chance we finish lower than 8th this season

Yes i agree.

Thing is, baleba can seriously play too he's a beast.
Hes the sort of player that would help us put a stop to being overpowered and played around by the big teams.
Boss mentality.

The Brazilian Rui or whatever his name is plays for palmerias

Watching the CWC Final, PSG look like their defence needs an upgrade. Maybe a cheeky bid for Romero? They haven’t bought anyone this summer yet so should be flush with cash.
