Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Ha ha ha. Muppet. I bet your fun on Christmas morning ... "WAAAH! WAAAH! MUM I WANT MORE NEW TOYS!!!!!!

As I said, it is totally fine to say you think the squad is not strong enough or that you think the club have not invested enough in improving the first team for the upcoming season (for the record I think we have criminally underinvested, especially after winning the EL, sacking Ange and then Levy saying we want to win the PL / CL) .

But the fact is we have signed 5 players for ~£122m this summer window. If you cannot cope with that FACT please don't get all spoilt child / hostile and suggest a fellow poster and Spurs fan is not welcome to post on here.
I love it when you get all butch.

I'm hoping for at least 3 more signings and 6 or 7 outgoings.

We need to get MGW pover the line. HE is perfect for us. Unfortunately we need him to force the move - will he?

I think we need better competition for Solanke. If we do have a cash injection and more ambitions we should be very serious about Isak, but I think we all know we're not. Sesko or Vlahovic would be interesting and both could spearhead our attack.

We need a progressive passer at the base of our midfield. I could put up with signing a destroyer like Paulinha if we also get Gibbs-White over the line and he plays deeper as part of the pivot in some games. But I'd prefer a more ambitious signing like Wharton, or a better fit age and style wise like Luiz.

I'd be looking to move the following on:
Son (very sad), Bissouma, Richarlison, Dragusin, Solomon, Gil, Scarlett (and Davies if we sign another CB)

Whilst loaning out:
Donley, Devine, Moore, Lankshear

We owe something like £330m in transfers, a lot of it this summer apparently (I'm surprised Levy got us into that mess).

The club probably see things as:

- we finished 17th last season because we were managed poorly. The players aren't the problem.

- we've got a new manager renowned for being very adaptable and getting the best out of young players

- to him, he's got a brand new squad

- let's have a quiet window, try and balance the books and go again next year (lol)

Makes me sick though.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Richy stay tbh. At the start of the window I was certain he was gone but for whatever reason, the club has been so inactive.

I'd rather have him in the squad as a backup striker than sell him for £15-20m and have no experienced back up to Solanke. Although it is far from ideal given his injury record.
He's a better player than Solanke
Hope he stays injury free
If he does, we'll be talking about selling Solanke

Starting to look like this summer’s window is even worse than last year. What an achievement

Not according to good old Shady

God also loves Daniel Levy, the man is absolutely cooking up a storm this Summer don't you think?
He's actually smashed it out the park this year actually, you lot were constantly. On at him to sack Ange, what happens he keeps him around and we win a trophy - something you and your ilk were adamant that we would never do under this regime ever again.
And now this Summer he is absolutely cooking, realising the error of his ways putting us folk to shame, you gotta love the man, truly!
Levy is king! 👑😍

Some people have been known to do all 3 , which is the difference between a Ginola and a Johnson, I know which I prefer. Although I don’t get the Johnson hate from some , he certainly did what Ange asked of him .

Ginola was a flair player who did score a few goals (22 in 124 games, which is only 4 more in total than BJ got last season).

He did also sulk and strut around a lot, leaving us down a man for portions of a game. Just how the game was back then, but the idea of David G pressing and tracking back is amusing.

In all realistic terms, Ndombele was basically a Ginola-style player and people very much did not like that

Difference is ndombele was a centre-midfielder, the engine of the midfield.

Gooner scum sign Gyokeres and have already moved on to Eze.

Our bunch of loser cunts still trying to find excuses not to improve.

They've not actually signed Gyokeres yet, but they've spent weeks fannying about not activating what is quite a low asking price for him really.

Do you honestly think they "have already moved on to Eze" ? They've been "moving for Eze" since May.

You can't push that as if it is progress and ignore the fact that we've already had Kudus weeks ago and, in the same terms, have already moved onto MGW and Palhinha if you read and take the same sources as true.

Can only think the MGW delay, Frank assessing squad or waiting for the big hitters to complete their spending is holding up our transfer business. When the window shuts and we still have davies and richarlison in squad. How can we be serious going into champions league campaign.
