Maddison taking a back seat is never the best option. He is a better playmaker and does so much for the team in ball progression. MGW could be better but Madders is the better creator and has a lot more end product. I don’t see why they can’t play together by the way

I notice it, my brother. A couple on here got a real hard-on for you, proper stalker behaviour! But they get away with it cause they don't use foul language. Same with another 3 amigos who just go round posting obnoxious & belittling stuff day in day out...nothing happens cause they don't use the c-word.

Can see the two midfielders getting done but I don't think we will bring another LW in and that will be a major weakness.

Son is done. Richy is not good/reliable enough. Tel/Odobert are squad rotation quality not starters. Moore will be loaned out.

Even if we somehow signed Yamal, Kvara, Barcola or Nico Williams to play LW, that squad gets nowhere near the top teams.

Keeper ain't reliable enough. Romero don't wanna be here. Micky is a hamstring injury waiting to happen. The only dog Udogie has is in his name. Palhinha ain't fit to lace Wanyama or Dembele's boots. Maddison gasses faster than David Haye. Solanke is a top kid but an average CF.

That is bare minimum needs doing,, could also add in a third choice keeper, that Keeley looks decent🙄, another dribbiy type winger and another midfielder. Personally I would also try for another first choice keeper.

Striker is obviously the most difficult as Levy won't spend the money or pay the wages required, maybe Schick could be doable?

Left winger also difficult, not totally against Garnacho, as so many players have left the mess at Utd and shone elsewhere, but he does come across as a dick.

Left right back cover is awkward, Spence looks ok covering udogie at times, but been awful at right back in porros absence. Robinson stands out , but again can't see our overlords paying the money required. More like Aina at forest who is available on a free, that would be more Levys cup of tea.

So many obvious targets have already been snapped up and don't give me the we can't afford them, we are the ninth richest club in the world coming off a European win, just back the manager for once or close the door on your way out, suspect neither will happen.

The current PL champions are leaving a €90m and 200k pw player on the bench in pre season to push him out the door for the €90m and 200k pw star they just signed and incoming €150m and 300k pw star that will replace him.

Levy’s club are taking Bissouma and Bentancur on the tour and signed ZERO CMs for their new manager. After signing teenagers for their last manager to handle Europe and the PL, then throwing him under the bus for it

I mean it's absolutely ludicrous the way we operate and the ticket prices the fans are expected to pay.

I mean when is the penny going to drop with some people.

Given Maddison was arguably our best player last season (no one was great), if he can’t play in the same team as MGW, I’d prefer to spend the MGW money on a top class LW or CDM.

Always ruthlessness for managers and directors of football, never ruthlessness regarding the squad.
