There's a reason we get those shows on Deadline Day. With teams having trouble selling players on, there's probably going to be a mad scramble at the end. If Spurs come out with a #6 and a decent backup for Maddison, I would still count it as a good window. I can't really blame Spurs for the Gibbs-White episode. It was a high reward, low risk play and it didn't pan out. If I were Gibbs-White I'd be embarrassed by how he's handled this, but then again I'd also be rich enough not to care, so it evens out.
