Harvey Elliott is a decent player, but one who plays on every different position to Gibbs-White.
My view is that I won't say we dodged a bullet, but I think if none of the top 5/6 wanted him, why did we?

Levy gambled that the authorities would penalise Chelsea, Man City with their 115 counts, etc FFP and PSR and all the other evasion schemes. Our years of frugality was his game plan to maximise revenue through the stadium and have spending power that the other clubs wouldn't if they had been convicted.
Except he forgot those in charge are the most culpable of them all. Football isn't a sport anymore. If you want to win consistently you have to cheat and then try to hide the cheating as best as possible from the authorities.
