It'll be interesting to hear Spurs response to this. Either we fucked up, the players agent fucked up (or both). Or maybe Forest are pulling a fast one. I suspect we haven't heard the last of this, and the lawyers will be rubbing their hands.
 
One thing that's blatantly obvious now is that we won't see another player come in before the start of the season. Levy will go bargain shopping in the final two weeks of August.

I think we'll hear about this in about 13 years when MGW tries to sell his autobiography. I think it will be radio silence as far as we're concerned.
 
What an absolute shit show, so often we low ball clubs for players but this one we actually bid the release clause but still manage to fuck it up.

Just where this clubs is going under Levy at the helm is anyone’s guess. So many mistakes, the Stadium cash cow is great for him though.
